Create a full-scale visualization and marketing package for Malý raj, a residential development that had sold zero units after six months on the market.

The original marketing materials failed to convey the lifestyle value or visual appeal of the project. The development had architectural potential, but lacked emotion, brand clarity, and a compelling narrative — resulting in buyer hesitation and no conversions.

Digital reconstruction of the Surroundings
Malý raj is located in a densely built-up area where the surrounding environment plays a key role in buyer perception. To present the development in a realistic context, we used RealityCapture photogrammetry to recreate the actual surroundings in 3D.
