Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
With effect from May 25, 2018, all personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the “Regulation”).
The purpose of this policy is to demonstrate that the processing of personal data by the controller is carried out in compliance with the currently applicable legal regulations, especially Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The new legislation requires the controller, considering the nature, scope and purpose of personal data processing and the risks it poses to data subjects’ rights, to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure and demonstrate that personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the new legal regulations. These measures are updated as necessary.
