Onia Hills
Cinematic Video of a Five-Star Resort on the Coast of Montenegro
The Project
Onia Hills Resort & Residences is a luxury residential and holiday development located in the quiet village of Reževići, on the Budva Riviera in Montenegro. The project comprises five four-star apartment buildings and a five-star boutique hotel, together with 65 fully furnished sea-view residences. The architecture blends naturally into the Mediterranean landscape and opens toward panoramic views of the Adriatic.
The investor behind the project is Belmont Developments — a developer with extensive experience in the German real estate market, bringing the same precision and standard of quality to Montenegro.
The Brief
Developer needed sales and marketing content at a stage when construction had not yet begun — the moment when the project’s success depends entirely on how convincingly the future experience of the place can be communicated to the buyer.
In the luxury segment, which targets international investors, static renders and catalogue-style imagery are not enough. The client isn’t buying a floor plan — they’re buying a morning by the sea, dinner by the pool, the privacy of a horizon, the rhythm of Mediterranean life. The goal was to create visual content capable of carrying that weight, while remaining functional across the website, social channels, brochures, and direct investor presentations.
The Approach
We approached Onia Hills as a film production rather than a conventional archviz commission. The starting point wasn’t the architecture as an object, but the place and the lifestyle the project promises.
We treated Mediterranean light as the principal narrator. Golden hour over the Adriatic, sharp midday light at the pool, the blue hour when the resort glows from within — every scene was composed to evoke a specific moment of day and a specific emotion. Calm. Privacy. Openness to the horizon.
For the cinematic video, we used a hybrid workflow combining a traditional 3D pipeline with AI tools for atmospheric elements and lifestyle animation. This approach allowed us to reach a level of production quality comparable to traditional film — at a fraction of the budget and time a location shoot would require. Architectural fidelity was preserved where it mattered most: in the rendering of the buildings themselves, the layouts, and the materials.
The result is a visual language that doesn’t read as a development presentation, but as a lifestyle film. And that is precisely what an international buyer in the premium segment needs to see.

The Outcome
The visual package gives the developer a tool that communicates the value of the project before the first stone is laid. We don’t present Onia Hills as a building — we present it as a destination and a way of life. That distinction is what tips the scale for buyers choosing between dozens of developments along the Mediterranean coast.
